I think my new plan is to plan a few routes that are almost a 5 k and see how much I can run and how fast I can get my time down. We'll see how this goes.
Tonight is Biggest Loser though. 4 minutes in and I was already ready to cry. Hopefully I can make it through the without completely bawling my eyes out.
