Week 4

I am truly beginning to believe that week 4 of my C25K program may very well kill me. It's runing 3 minutes, walk again 90 seconds, then run for 5 min, with a 2.5 min recovery. Then do it all over again. Granted when I am done, I feel good, but while I am doing it, I am pretty sure I am going to die. Maybe I should have started out with a walking program before jumping right into running. Oh well, too late now. Just have to put my big girl panties on and deal with it. I'm sure the end result will be worth it. Just have to keep telling myself that.

As for losing weight, well I gained 2 lbs back on my Galena trip, but good news is I haven't gained any more back. Just need to really work on this nutrition thing. That is what is really killing my weight loss goals right now. I was doing so good at not eating sweets and stuff I know is not healthy, but this week has just been crappy for that. Not really sure what to do about my eating habits. I am hoping that the nutrition class I am taking in a few weeks will help with that, but who knows. I really need to get that under control before I go much further with this whole running/exercise/weight loss thing. Well, off to do some reading and cook dinner here soon.
