- Over all goal- To weigh about 175 by my brother's wedding.
-Monthly/Milestone goals: Starting at 228 today (gained a little back from my weekend trip to the Twin Cities)
- Start of school (down another 10 lbs- 218)
- Labor day (down another 8 lbs- 210)
- Halloween (Be under 200)
- Thanksgiving (down another 5 lbs)
- Christmas (maintain my thanksgiving weight)
- Courtney's Birthday (down another 5 lbs)
- Valentine's day (down another 10 lbs)
- Tim's wedding ( down another 5 lbs- to meet my goal)
Daily goals: Today's goal is to cook dinner, go for a walk with my husband, and maybe get in a Wii workout before bed.
Tomorrow's goal: log my calories in sparkpeople (staying under 1500), drinking 64 oz of water, and getting some exercise.
